Aya 101

Aya 101 is a multilingual language model from Cohere For AI, Cohere's non-profit research lab, released on 13 February 2024 as open weights under Apache 2.0 and covering 101 languages. The 13-billion-parameter model uses the mT5-XXL architecture and came with the Aya Collection and Aya Dataset; Cohere says over 3,000 researchers from 119 countries took part in the project.
