Gemini 1.0 Nano is the on-device size of Google's Gemini 1.0 models, distilled from larger Gemini models and 4-bit quantized, in versions of 1.8B and 3.25B parameters. It first ran on the Pixel 8 Pro in December 2023, powering features in the Recorder app and Gboard, and Android developers could reach it through the AICore system service in early access.
