Gemini 1.5 Pro is a mid-size multimodal model in Google's Gemini Pro line and the first model of the Gemini 1.5 generation, announced in February 2024 and built on a Mixture-of-Experts architecture. Offered to developers through the Gemini API and Vertex AI, it takes text, images, audio and video, with a 128,000-token standard context window that later reached 2 million in the Gemini API.
